LIVEWIRE is the Pacific Northwest’s premier AC/DC tribute band and Oregon’s only AC/DC tribute band. The band name LIVEWIRE says it all. This band has the raw energy and look of the original AC/DC band as well as the musical power and prowess of the music that AC/DC fans have come to know and love. See LIVEWIRE live and you will become a part of the Ultimate Concert AC/DC show and sound. The members of LIVEWIRE are proud to be a part of this years NEON NIGHTS show with headliner NIGHT RANGER and we are looking forward to shaking you all night long.

LIVEWIRE started as a classic rock cover band, named Snafu, playing tunes from bands like Foghat, Journey, The Babys, Judas Priest, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard and more. Of course, they also included songs from AC/DC. As the band started to become more popular in the Oregon and Washington night club scene, the group started to notice the high energy reaction from the audience whenever an AC/DC song started to play. At this point the name LIVEWIRE for the band was born. The group put together some of AC/DC’s very best music for a power set that would pay tribute to one of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll bands in history. LIVEWIRE first saw the real fruits of their labor when they opened for Pat Travers in Trout Lake, Washington. The crowd went wild and LIVEWIRE has been playing tribute to AC/DC ever since.

Currently LIVEWIRE is booking gigs from Eugene, Oregon to Seattle, Washington and throughout the Columbia River Gorge. The band opens their shows with a high energy selection of classic rock cover tunes and then launches into a full-on AC/DC tribute concert featuring classics from both the Bon Scott and the Brian Johnson eras of AC/DC.

The members of LIVEWIRE are all currently living in the Columbia River Gorge. Roger Williams, originally from Seattle, plays lead guitar and vocals. Roger brings thirty years of experience to the band playing with bands all over the country. His guitar talents are incredible; he plays it all and when it comes to ’80’s metal and classic rock, he will blow you away. Tony “Godzilla” Marzillo is from White Salmon and is a monster on the drums. This guy is truly a master drummer. Terry Ryan is from Cascade Locks and plays the bass guitar. This guy knows his stuff and creates a thumpin’ beeta that makes you move your feeta. John Lehman is the home town boy from The Dalles that sings lead vocals for the band. This guy has the energy and the moves; you will swear that AC/DC’s Bon Scott is beltin’ out the lyrics right in front of you.
